Candidate should have 8-10 Years of experience in software development, with emphasis on JAVA/J2EE Server side programming.

Typically candidate  who has worked on the following technologies recently would be preferred for our Server Side Development Lead position:

1. Java NIO(Must)
2. Multithread programming.(Must)
3. Java networking
4. Java RMI
5. Messaging frameworks.
6. Caching frame works

In addition to the above, candidate needs to be strong in Core Java, JDBC, and Design Patterns.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participation in the requirements analysis, design, development and testing of web applications.
• Hands-on lead of a team of developers to deliver quality software on schedule. The candidate is expected to write code himself/herself.
• Oversee development, code review and unit testing.
• Application of knowledge of front­end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance interactivity.
• Practical application of design principles with a focus on the user experience, usability, template designs, cross browser issues and client server concepts.

Qualifications:

• BE/B. Tech. Computer Science OR MCA from a reputed University.
• 8 - ­10 Years of experience in software development, with emphasis on JAVA/J2EE Server side programming.
• Experience in developing web based products will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux operating system and MySQL database is desirable.
• Hands-on experience in following technologies: JSP, NIO, JDBC, Hibernate etc.
• Experience in functional Ajax programming and knowledge of any JavaScript framework like jQuery, Dojo etc. will be a plus
